Sugarland among the Stars

Le groupe américain de musique country Sugarland est constitué à ses débuts en 2003, par le guitariste country Kristian Bush et la chanteuse Kristen Hall.
Le succès modeste rencontré sur les scènes américaines incite le groupe à s’adjoindre rapidement les services d’une nouvelle chanteuse Jennifer Nettles.
Dès lors le changement est manifeste et la consécration devient inéluctable.
Jennifer Nettles dynamique et extravertie, électrise le groupe et les audiences. La fusion avec Kristian est totale et bientôt (en 2006) Kristen Hall et le groupe se séparent.

La voix de Jennifer est particulièrement bien timbrée et se reconnait entre milles, elle rappelle la voix de Miranda Lambert avec l’énergie de Carrie Underwood.

Sugarland a été élu groupe vocal de l’année pour les Duos par la célèbre CMA (Country Music Association) et ont également obtenu le prix de la Meilleure Chanson Country de l’année 2010.
Voir aussi la belle cérémonie des CMACristmasAwards organisée pour ce Noël 2010 avec les plus grands artistes et orchestrée de main de maître par Jennifer Nettles (de Sugarland).

La seconde partie de leur Tour 2011 à travers tous les Etats-Unis :  “Incredible Machine”  s’annonce comme un succès phénoménal.

Deuxième album : “Enjoy the Ride” en 2006, album reconnu aux ACM et sur le plan international.

Troisième album : “Love on the Inside” en 2008, cet album est un immense succès et également récompensé
deux singles numéro 1 : “All I Want to Do” et “Already Gone”.

Quatrième album : “Incredible Machine” en 2010
Leur single actuel :  ”Little Miss”, est déjà dans le top 30.
et leur morceau : ”Stuck Like Glue”  est génial  au point de me faire danser sur les tables…
